Egenlokal

Egenlokal is a subsidiary of Fastagon, and the concept was born from our realization that there was a lack of space for small business owners and private individuals in the Nordics. There are plenty of large spaces for big companies, but even the largest companies once started as just an idea with one or a few employees. 

When you become an owner of an EgenLokal unit, you join an exciting community of like-minded people while making an investment with low monthly costs. Our ambition is for Egenlokal to be available throughout Sweden, and we are currently present in more than 40 cities across the country and we have built more than 1,200 units.
