Project description

During 2024/25, Fastagon, through its subsidiary Torngrund, developed 6,000 square meters of office, production, and warehouse space for Wiretronic.

Wiretronic is a global leading player in the development of wiring harness systems for the automotive and defense industries. Torngrund signed a 15-year lease agreement in Onsjö, Vänersborg, and the premises will include modern offices and flexible production areas, which will strengthen Wiretronic's capacity to meet the increasing demand for their products both in the Swedish and international markets. Construction began in Q4 2024, with occupancy scheduled for Q1 2026, and the building will be environmentally certified according to SGBC (Sweden Green Building Council) standards.

“It is a great pleasure to welcome Wiretronic as a tenant. We are proud to continue attracting high-tech companies with high demands on their premises, and we look forward to a continued successful collaboration with Wiretronic,

Wiretronic has been clear that their new premises should not only serve a functional purpose but also be attractive for both current employees and future recruits. The result is modern, sustainable, and adaptable spaces with a carefully considered aesthetic design. We are truly looking forward to starting construction and are convinced that the facility will provide Wiretronic with optimal conditions for continued expansion.” Says Gustav Kock, CEO, Fastagon.

"We have experienced rapid growth in recent years and are already experiencing space constraints in our current premises. We are very much looking forward to moving into customized facilities that will provide us with a good and creative environment in which we can operate and grow." says Sören Karlsson, Chairman of Wiretronic AB.
